Quote from: trophyhunt on December 08, 2011, 08:29:29 PMI just have very strong feelings about the differences between you and I when it comes to hunting rights (which I call hunting wrongs). It will always be a wedge between our cultures. I appreciate a good hunt and effort, trust me. But you guys have no rules compared to us and that will always keep us at odds. Will I go to battle beside you to protect our freedom...NO doubt, but until we are measured the same at every aspect there will always will frustration between us when it comes to our hunting. Really? I am not native, so how can you presume to think there is a wedge between my culture and native cultures? Maybe you should have said "I will never agree with the hunting rights granted to natives, and as such there will always be a wedge between myself and natives".

Quote from: Clark33 on December 09, 2011, 02:38:45 AMI'm going out on limb here... a very thin a non-PC limb, but the way I see it, if natives get to hunt the given seasons that they do, they should have to use traditional native american hunting equipment. The white man gave you automobiles, fair enough. We gave you firearms, you lost. I would love to see a native stalk withing traditional archery range of an buck, let alone the BRUISERS they've been posting using the so HATED WHITEMAN technology... Funny thing is, the whitemant is becoming the better hunter because we have to take time off of work to scout, and then take additional time off just to hunt. funny thing is you have no idea what your talking about. see the bruiser on my profile. archery. national forest. so there goes your theroy of the lazy native. but im sure you ll have an excuse of how easy it was to take that buck. i dont hate technology. and im sure none of the tribal members on here do either. hence the computer we are using to constantly have to defend ourselves instead of just being able to talk about hunting and look at some nice pics

If you took it during a general archery season in a GMU all could hunt, awesome and much respect.
to tell ya the truth clark33 i have no idea what season was goin on when it was taken. it was november. in oregon. so i dont know the gmu either. those things are not relevent when im hunting in the ceded area.
