Zeiss Customer Service ;0)
« on: December 21, 2011, 01:12:03 PM »
I bought a pair of Zeiss Conquest binos in 2004 for about $450... they have been great glass...and frankly, I beat the hell out of them. This season something let loose inside and they were finished... I boxed them up and sent them to Zeiss... I wrote a nice letter explaining thing I'd loved them and used them probably 250 days a year for near 6 years and that I would be happy to pay for any repairs that needed done...

Today i got a box in the mail with a Brand New pair of them in it...free of charge!! Happy guy here. Yahoooo! and Thankyou Zeiss. For anyone wondering, I believe these Zeiss conquest, coupled with customer service like this, is one of the best values for good glass...

Merry Christmas All!

I've heard very good thinks abotu Zeis customer service as well. A buddy of mine is an outfitter and broke his spotting scope (don't remember what broke) right before wyoming sheep season, Zeis sent him a loner for the sheep season since they couldn't get his scope back to him in time free of charge.

It would be nice if all companies had that level of customer service.

It sounds like it's time to get a new gun.
