Turkey slayer, is it a muley? I have a picture that you have probably seen as well.  The one I have is huge but i don't think it's state record.

I have some pics of my huntin partner that got a monster in the Pearrygin Unit this year on a permit rifle hunt. The thing has a really nice rack. I can't figure out how to downsize the picture so it'll fit on here. I could frwrd it to someone that know's how to do that and they could either send it back to me or just post it here.

I saw a picture of that buck. It's a dandy. Especially for where he got it....

Ok let's see if this works.

This pic doesn't do this buck justice. Those eyegaurds are unreal. Long and bladed. It's definetly a great buck especially for a mulie basin......

Here's a little bit of a different angle. He and a friend were driving up a road and another guy comes down and asked if they were looking for a whitetail. He turns around and takes them to it!!! :bash: :bash: :bash: Some people have all the luck. :bash: :bash:

Thats a great buck! But is it just me or does a good scoring whitey not look as impressive as a good mulie  :dunno: Still a great buck and I wouldn't think twice  ;)

I think it depends on perspective. I think good scoring whitetail look more impressive. Most (not all) Mule Deer look the same to me...just bigger or smaller versions of each other.. (not to say I dont' love them because I think they are awesome). However, I see much more diversity in antler characteristics amongst whitetail and that is what I prefer.  :twocents:
