Yep, prongs are above his ears, good hook at the top.  Prongs are 1.5x the width of the horns, he's a good one for sure with a bow!

Where can you find speed goats in our state? Do you know much of a story about them as far as how many we have, and where they originated? Just curious... Thanks!

THey were transplanted here.....about a year and a half ago or so.   Theres a big thread on here somewhere about them.   They planted them on the Rez, on satus pass area.  They have scattered about.  There are some on the Oregon/Wa border as well, probably crossed in from Oregon.  THey seem to be doing fairly well.  Not very animals to start with.
