Hey there, 20 years old, love hunting, fishing, anything outdoors. I know this is a Washington forum but I couldnt find a good one for Oregon, and there are alot of elk and blacktails on here which I love to see. So sick of damn Whitetails.

I live in Clatskanie, Oregon. About 15 mins from Longview, Wa.

Anyways, Hope you guys dont mind some Northwest Oregon photos, Ill post some of my variety so far.

Welcome to the site and some great pics you got there :tup: I really like the 2 bulls fighting. We love to see pictures no matter what area they are from! There is a few of us that spend some time hunting in oregon as well :tup:

Thank you all. The last 3 weeks or so have been very slow, haven't been getting jack for pictures.. irritating.

Yeah pretty much just salt/mineral licks. But they aren't really "bringing them in" Its usually a matter of me just putting them in a spot I know they will walk by eventually, or i put them on a nice trail and rather than them just walking by and getting blurry pictures the salt/mineral licks usually get them to at least stop and check it out..

Im sure you all know how damn sneaky blacktails are and tough to get good pictures of..  ;) Elk can be as well.
