Ever seen the jumping carp? I saw a little clip on the fishing channel last night of guys cruising on the river, as soon as a carp jumped out of the wake, the guys were shooting them in the air.... was awesome looking.

yeah, those asian carp are crazy! i would love to try it. I almost shot a common carp jumping to catch bugs or whatever they were doing, but nothing compared to those asians

Yeah they are pretty cool! Bad fish to have in the rivers and they are taking over the rivers now. I still have to shoot some gar/sting rays and sharks I was hoping to shoot my shark this year but dang it's got expensive

Man, I would love to get back in the sport.  My buddy and I back in WI used to spend all our spare time shooting carp from his canoe.  What a hoot.  The real big ones would actually pull the canoe around.

Tell me when ahead of time. I want to go! Starting work full time at the end of the month so, I'll be able to afford to play more this year! A little less dog stuff too is in my plan. Still alot but, just not "as" much..
