Are they dropping in Washington yet??

Seen a little 3 pt. out in the field next to my house here in utah with one of his horns just hangning, He was trying hard to knock it the rest of the way off the does didnt seem to appreciate him headbutting them  :chuckle: snapped a pic but it didnt turn out very good.  just curious if you guys were seeing this going on up there to?

not yet but the whitetails should be starting in the next few weeks.... It seems that the colder the weather the sooner they shed... Been a mild year so far so prob around the first of jan.... The moose should be right around now...

i might walk out in the field tomorrow and see if i cant spot anything. sure is getting to be a lot of deer piling up in this field, ive seen a couple decent bucks but mostly dinks

Right now you'll spend a lot of time looking for something that is still on 90% of the bucks heads.   The longer you wait, the better the odds tilt in your favor.   Start pushing deer around now because one has shed and you'll be shooting yourself in the foot.   This is where the self control comes in to play...

I get what your saying, its just if you knew this area you wouldnt be worried about pushing them around. its surrounded by houses, lots of dogs, kids running around also its right by a popular park all and all its really busy so im not to worried. couldnt agree more on your comment though

just saw ten bucks between town and here and all had horns two small bucks were even sparin a bit...
