I know that this is a dumb question but.... With a trapper's license, can I trap coyotes and if so can I use snares?
Is there a class up near Lynden? Maybe an online course is easiest without the driving/scheduling hassles?

Goodluck getting one ever to go in one. They were saying it virtually never happens.

I think you would benefit from going to the class but at this late date there will be no classes for quite a while. There is a manual online from WDFW for download but it is not up to date and the one we use at classes has a lot of good info in it such as the pelt handling guide from Fur Harvesters Auction. I think you would be best too give George Brady a call at (509)923-2326. He can send you the manual. It will cost $15 plus postage. He could also maybe set you up with and instructor in your area for a one on one session to take the test. Or you can schedule a test after reading the material with a reional office of WDFW.
