Concerning the angus herd bull in the video; Wolves joyfully run most everything they come across,especially pups, even with full bellys.  These cattle were on the run from wolves, the bull stepped in a hole, tore his shoulder, threw a clot and died.  The broken leg calf the cattleman mentioned was part of the chase.  Roblyn of the Oregon agency missed a great oppurtunity.  Just be honest and up front, she knew that was the most probable explanation.  She offended every cattleman around at the time and every one to see the video in the future.  She and the agency could probably mend the insult.  Show up at every prowolf meeting every where, tell the honest story, admit they have no money and let the groups know the real costs they need to pay.  The pro folks constantly point out what a tiny percent of the loss is associated with wolves.  Fine.  Step up and pay the bill.  I know, I am such a dreamer.
