Trapping Okanogan and Colville National Forest

I thought I read in here some where you can not trap in Okanogan and Colville National Forest.  Did I read it right?

I know you can't shoot fox, but i haven't seen anything about no trapping.

The only trapping restrictions i could find were in the Little Pend Orielle NWR, and then the closed hunting season in Okanogan NF. If you have other information, please share.
