I had similar experience with them. That's why I only buy Leuold.

i love leupold scopes and there warenty and custemer service is awesome my friend was elk hunting in packwood on the way out his mule slamed into a tree and broke the bi pod on his spoting scope he should have had it packed beter but to make a long story short he was going to arizona on an elk hunt 4 days later and leupold said stop by the the plant on ur way and well hook u up and they did no questions asked he drove thru oregon stoped at the plant whole new bipod 4 his spoting scope

I have been working with leupold for a couple years and they have always helped me out and there stuff is top notch. You can not beat there services and there scopes :tup:
