I know better than that.  My buddy's wife had the tag and couldn't get close enough to a couple of bulls that are bigger than Charlie's.  They are still up there if the tribe hasn't gotten them.
I seriously can not believe they did not get one with a rifle .. I never heard back from them ...do you know if the other lady got one ...I think she was from up north !! It will be a couple years now before we see some monsters in the sack !!
No idea if the other lady got one or not.  They kind of ran out of steam after a few wweekend trips.  Long story.

If I don't get drawn in Arizona or New Mexico for elk (low odds), then my next hope is in Utah near where the Spider Bull was killed. If that doesn't work out, I suppose I'll come back to WA as a non resident and just buy a tag

After 3 years of striking out on the multi-season elk tag, 2012 is going to be my year. If hell does actually freeze over and I get drawn I plan on spending a considerable amount of time on the other side of the mountains whether I get drawn for a  "quality" or "any bull" tag or not. Been stuck hunting W Wa for 10-12 years and need to get back to my roots!
Really looking forward to dialing in the new muzzy Santa brought me, come on multi-season tag. Not ready to give up the bow just yet!

I plan to hunt the coastal foothills for elk next year.  If I can manage to draw a quality tag for St. Helens then I will go there.

The last few years I have put only in for points out of state so this year I have money.  So I will put in for tags for Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and looking at Montana.

So I am hoping to get a good tag.

I do not have many points in Washington so who knows.

Forgot. To add my plans. Hopefully will draw an archery tag somewhere on the eastside in a GMU that doesn't have a general season in it and will kill a bull above 300". . If not I will draw a cow tag in tjhe Colockum and will kill a cow opening day.  If not I will kill another true spike in the Colockum. If none of this happens its because I'm still in CW doing training.  :bash:

Burned all of my quality points last year, and my antlerless points. I'm hunting archery outta state so I'm thinking about just putting in for rifle tags on a "bull" hunt...

I will be hopefully helping my old man fill a bull tag on the eastside this year then I'll go kill my own.
