I just pulled a cured, low temp smoked 12 lb turkey from the smoker. I have two 8 lb pork shoulders and a 15 lb brisket ready to go in the smoker to slow cook over night. The brisket sat in a citrus marinade for the last 36 hours. Can wait for dinner tomorrow!

Actually the brisket is now 12 lbs, I had to cut 3 lb off to get it smoker friendly.

man alive, thats some dinner menu.

we got a turkey and a ham getting done up along with all the fixings, only bad part is my aunt is doing up the bird so i guess ill be having the ham. its a shame i really like roasted turkey but when it gets done at 500* for 3.5hrs it tends to be a bit on the dry side, ever see xmas vacation with chevy chase?

Turkey for us but did run out in the bay and brought home a couple dozen crab to have something to get into while we watch the games. Merry xmas Guys and Gals.

We've always done prime rib for Christmas with the usually stuff on the side and home made cheese cake for dessert.

Prime rib at my parent's house tomorrow. It's been that for many years now. Love it. Probably the best part about Christmas!

just made some damn hot salsa for breakfast.I made homemade chorizo the other day ,I will cook that with some cackle berries, and my wife made some killer cinnamon rolls ..ho ho ho hot!!!!!!

Your meal sounds great Dan I am putting two Elk Roasts into the smoker and will also have some baked taters and some peppers and a few sausages and who knows what else I can find to fill the smoker LOL

We had the traditional turkey, stuffing etc with the neighbors on the 23rd. Tonight is ribs and tatters.

Working at the Fire station today, we are putting on a tri-tip roast on the rotisssire to cook along with some double stuff taters and pumpkin pie. Hopefully everyone will stay healthy today and we won't have to leave the station.

Kids and families are coming up here to the homestead.

Pork roast on the BBQ, stuffed turkey in the wood cook stove. Homemade sourdough rolls are raising right now, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and a few different salads. Some deserts.

Every year I cook a primerib, this year it's my biggest ever...21lb'er! I coat leave the ribs tied on, coat it in olive oil, season, cover in rosemary, then cover with a rocksalt paste. 12min a lb on the bar b que at 320 degrees. We like it rare, so I pull it off when the center is at 115. It's easy and tastes great everytime. Merry Christmas to all.

Honey baked ham, crab salad, shrimp salad, seven layer salad, french cut string beans, croissants, some jello that is yellow and has pineapple and other stuff. There are many other sweets and crap to ruin your appetite for dinner.
