Today was my first day hunting ducks. Just want to say a big thanks to dannysdaddy for letting me tag along. Ended up with 2 ducks on the day and only went through about a box of shells
Got to take my 10 year old son out tonight. He got a lot of shots but no duck yet, but he had a blast and can't wait to go again Monday. He's been out deer hunting with me the last 2 years (and been successful both years) and I've tried to teach him a lot about what I have learned over the years. It's pretty cool that we get to learn duck hunting together. I'm pretty sure we are both hooked.
