How does the potluck work? We have our reservations and we have a boat but more of a ski type boat.

Just bring something to pass. Seemed last year we had a good mix of mains, sides, and desserts.

Does someone want to take responsibility for an approximate list?  I don't.

I'm doing chile this year with a secret ingredient, though something with crab may show up as well.
