The dies and most of the shell holders are interchangeable but every press while looking somewhat alike are different.  Different diameter of rames, different primer seating systems, different materials and different ergonomics.  Most will accomplish the same thing but there is alot of brand loyalty you know Ford vs Chev.  I've owned over the years, 5 lymans, 2 RCBS, 1 Hornady, I pacific, 3 C&H, and four Lees.  I've pretty much settled on a Lee Cast Classic Turret because I can keep 12 sets of dies set up and don't have to make any adjustment just pop in a different head when I want to change cartridges, a little cheap Lee C press for pulling bullets, a Lee hand press for loading at the range and a Lyman Crusher II for major case forming.  These stay set up on the bench.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Make mine a Minaska
