From spall to knife blade preform

Here is a step by step series of me taking a raw spall and making it into a knife preform.

I've spent most of my life hunting and fishing....the rest has been wasted

I will sell them from time to time. It's a hobby more then anything. I get going on it each winter when I find some down time. I sold 2 from the last 6 that I have done.

thats a very interesting practice, amazing what one can make with his own hands and a little ambition.
