If it's the Delta88 don't waste your money. I have one and I left it on the tree over this winter hoping someone will just take it.  :chuckle:

I'll sell it to you for 50 bucks.  :chuckle:

I bought 2 of them this past year and they both quit working within a week.

I'm feeling charitable this morning. I'll give you mine for free. It'll be at the end of my driveway tomorrow morning inside a green can if you want it. :chuckle: But seriously, it will be.

Sh*%,  your replies were a tad late... o well i will try it out for a bit and see if maybe i will get lucky... Do you think it was the temp outside causing issues or just the cam in general?

It was 80 degrees when I had mine out.. One I bought didn't even work right out of the box..  LOT of better cameras out there in that price range.

I purchased the Stealth cam package that Costco was selling right before Christmas. Put it out and it quit working after 2 days. Took it back and ordered a Moultrie and a Wildgame X6C. That was my first and last experience with them.

I also have a stealthcam IR that has been nothing but great for the last 2 years. Not sure of the model.

The stealthcam Delta 88 is the one that I'm saying is crap.

I just got the Delta 8, I put batteries in, set the time date etc., took it up in the woods a few weeks later to set it up... batteries were dead. I have heard the battery life isn't great but I never even had it turned on for use yet

Thats similar to what happened to mine. I think its a camera issue not your batteries. I put fresh batteries in mine and had it out for 2days, checked it and it said the batteries were dead. I put brand new batteries in and it said they were dead to. Just to make sure I put 3 different sets of brand new batteries in and it said all of them were dead. Stuck the same batteries in my bushnell and it said 100%.

From what I read in this article the camera worked for a month. WTF. Did I miss something?
