3 guys and 3 dog leashes. 100 yards. trees down. and it was even flat ground. no roads

I would say your not BSing on that one ... I seen one of the biggest bears in my life when I was building a cabin up off hells gate R.d ..Not counting all the game I seen from mass turkeys and sheet loads of whitetail ...SHEET LOADS OF GAME IN THAT AREA ! :yike:

Just have a lot of roads from logging so it always seems like they tree by a road. Garmins are awesome for showing the closest roads to the tree.

What area is your cabin at. There are some huge mulies in hells gate too. Tons of HUGE big game in hells gate.
