Drill 2 holes through the back of the backboard and secure the wedge to the backboard with screws. Now drill two holes through the back of the skull. One right at the base of the spine, one through the roof of the mouth. Be careful, the bones in the roof of the mouth are thin. Now drill 4 holes in the oval board. Take a long wood screw and secure the skull to the oval with the hole you drilled at the base of the spine. Screw it so that the skull can still rotate on the oval. Now take the oval and secure it to the wedge with the two middle screw holes.Rotate the skull so that it sits correctly on the oval and put the last screw in. A long wood screw that goes through the oval, into the roof of the mouth (but NOT so long that it comes through the top of the nose). I know that description may not make complete sense, but it's the best I can do right now. Like I said, I don't have pics of the building process... Thanks for the info
Looks great. That's a heck of a nice buck. will look good shoulder mounted.
