I always thought pintails tasted fishy, and have many times found their crop full of clam larva. That's very strange to see an adult clam clamped onto their legs tho. Maybe the mom and dad clams are fighting back and defending their young from these vicious preditor puddle ducks

I thought it was cool to shoot woodies with their crops full of wildrice (stuffing included), you get ducks complete with horsdoeuvres.
