382 Turkeys?
« on: January 13, 2012, 03:45:08 PM »
Anyone know if the hunting is any good close to cleveland in the timber? This is my first year considering going i have 3 one mile sections of timber country i can hunt plus lots of DNR but i've only hunted deer in the area. Only reason i'm considering going was the fact i saw acouple turkeys when i was driving around during the first snow fall this year. Any one know anything...
Ruger brought back the .220, i just shoot it.

There are birds starting to show up out there. I wouldn't say there is a ton of them but worth looking into. I would say stay north of Bickleton Highway and you will have a chance. I saw a few during deer season out that way. Send me a PM if you need help out that. I  very familar with almost all of it.
