Yes we draw for them but man its hard to tell how long the horns are that's for sure do you guys know of the best way we Washington tryna guess the ear length we could tell he was a nice one an 9" is a good goat right? Was a hellva hike out but we got off the cliffs we crawled down an topped out an it just down poured. An still a hike to get back to the truck an was soaked by that time was awesome to see my nephew all pumped up lol he can't wait an hopes he draws one
  you draw for them?  Is that a seperate draw from the state draw?
