what is an adjustable objective scope? i have an expensive scope($500+) and it is probably on there so i need help cause i need help. cant find the deal that explains about the leupold i got. mike w

The adjustable objective is most often to set the parallax-free distance to the distance you are currently shooting at.

If on the end of the scope you look through has a ring that can turn so the eyepiece gets further and closer to the body of the scope you have A/O. If the closest adjustment to your eye is the power setting you do not.

that is correct! If your scope has adjustable focus than you have an a/o. Then there's dual adjustable objective where you can adjust the parallax that is on the bell end of a dual adjustable objective scope.
