1st sheds of the year. ATL's
« on: January 07, 2012, 01:52:44 PM »
I took the dog out to start getting him into shape and me to.  Wow I am really out of shape. We manage to actually find some bone without killing myself up the ridges. Didnt see much for deer they are quite a bit higher than i was.
Amaizing how antlers can change a person!!

 Nice finds, looks like a good day.  Shed hunting is a fun way to stay in shape, just need to convince my wife that now.   :chuckle:
When you see the third, thin the herd.
Right now I'm somewhere picking up sheds.

That looks fun! Too bad The Blue Mountains dont have any deer or elk left in them. I would go shed hunting in the morning

You could go looking for BigFoot sheds.  BF sheds his teeth every 3rd year.  They go to traditional "shedding grounds" to do it.  You'll know one when you see it.  BF's have lots of teeth...
