I wonder how many are going to be bitten by the earlier entry date?

Do you mind sharing the entry date?  I can't seem to find anything on the wdfw site.

Are you messing with me?  I've posted that link a few times....   :chuckle:  Just didn't think to look in the 2011 regs for a 2012 season.  Thanks.

Application deadline is February 29.

Just put mine in.  Five points this year (not 6 a previously posted) so hoping this is my year!  Never hunted spring bear before.

If I don't get drawn, that must just mean I'm saving my luck for my mountain goat tag this fall!

I put in for mine a few days ago. 3 points for Monroe!
Multi season is out early also. If I remember right.

Where can I get an application? My 2011 doesn't have one and I'm sure there are none left at stores :dunno:

Stores have them or go online.  You must buy your 2012 bear tag and an application.

Got it done and found out, lots more $ and no combo. Used to buy the deer/bear/cougar tag, not available anymore, make you buy single or all 4, more money there TOO :bash:

I am applying for pionts only, neither of the two units I want to hunt have a tag, hopefully someday!

Sorry guys and gals. Just put in my permit app for Monroe. I know......it is a shame that I'm going to get drawn with only one point (two total now) in the bank.

My brother has been drawn for the Huckleberry twice in the last 3 years.  Not sure if he has run out of luck, but we put in for a group tag this time around so hoping I can get in on the action.
