What is this?
« on: January 12, 2012, 05:08:41 PM »
I just set up a camera last Sunday for elk, and did get some elk pictures but also got a picture that is too dark of something and I'm not sure what it is. Looks like probably a coyote but I'm not 100% certain. Wondering if someone has Photoshop and knows how to use it, if you could brighten the picture up a bit? I tried doing it with Microsoft Picture Manager but didn't have much luck.

Here it is:

I cant see anytihng more than the back legs, my brighten button is broke on the computer, but from what I can see it almost looks like a cat back leg.

That's what I thought too. But I THINK I see the snout of a coyote. It just needs to be a little brighter. The flash on the Tascos sucks, but otherwise I really like them for a cheap camera.

I brightened the best I could, I really see what looks like the long nose of a coyote. To me looks more like a yote than a bobcat.

Hopefully you get some daytime pictures of it.

If it is a coyote I think it's odd that it didn't hang out a little longer and eat a few apples.    :dunno:
