You can shoot .40s out of the 10mm if you load them long.

Be very careful who you  tell that to, that sounds like a good way to get someone hurt. :twocents:

Not giving load data, or telling anyone to do it. Only that it can be done.  Is this where you give the disclaimer and tell everyone to follow the manual?  :dunno:

It's no more dangerous than trying a new bullet and not ensuring a good OAL before you throw it in the pipe and pull the trigger.

Just buy the Lonewolf .40 cal conversion barrel for 100 bucks and be done with it. Dont mess with loading them long...

Expensive to shoot.
I have a friend who has this exact gun and shoots .40s out of it when plinking and carries it loaded with 10mm's while in the woods.

Is he shooting .40s out of thr stock 10mm barrel :dunno:
Yep.  I'm not saying that anyone should do it themselves.  Just that it can be done.  Hell, almost anything can be done but that does not mean I would recommend anything

Well, since I have a custom STI in .40 that the ammo has to be loaded long for, I have an abundance of ammo that works in my G20.
