Is your ata on?
Take more out, your ata may be a little off but that's perfectly fine.

the axle to axle length... look for the specs for your bow and measure from your cam axle to the other cam axle.

The deflection number is set at the factory, your limbs had a deflection number, you needed to order your limbs with the same deflection number so to get the same 70lb pull you were getting. This is what I have been told before.

The deflection is normally on the ends of the limbs, and you cannot see them as they sit in the limb pockets.... at least my Hoyt that is where they are. Not sure about other types of bows

my other question, why do you need the limbs turned all the way up, just set the bow to 70lbs, the thing you need to remember is that you will need to retune your bow because your knock point might change.
