First Time in the Snow
« on: January 17, 2012, 11:46:12 AM »
Heading out in a few minutes with RZawislak to try and call in some Coyotes or cats. Im hoping we can get it done in the snow! Im no expert at all so Im sure we will learn something new today to remember for next time but hopefully luck will be on our side. We will be walking in behind a locked gate and trying some calling in some promising areas. Hopefully we can cut some tracks and get a shot. I will let you guys know how it goes. Anybody else getting out over here on the westside?

Well Im back with nothing to show  :bash: We walked back behind the gate and made 3 sets with nothing coming in. We did find a spot where a very small Bobcat had ran across the road so we called there but had no luck. Regardless, it was fun to be out in the snow and giving it a try. Im sure I will be getting out some more days here soon!
