What do you guys do with mounts that never get paid for?

Most have a time frame and if not paid for by then. They become there property and they will sell them.

Sell them, I have two deer and one bear that if I do not hear something soon will be getting sold.

But on the flipside of that you can not do anything with migratory birds, you just put it on the wall in your shop or donate it...

Yes you notify, but after you have called 7 times, there is a point where the taxidermist trys to recover the cost. So the next step is a registered letter and then 15 days later it gets sold.
