I've used it a lot, it works well for removing copper. On heavily fouled bores I've used it with a nylon brush with very good results.

I've used it on shotguns w/ lots of buckshot and slug fouling, and on rifles with rough bores. Good stuff.

I too, always use it on heavily fouled bores, it works great. Just be sure to flush any residue out of the bore/chamber when done.
