I came across a herd in the Skokomish that had about 8 out of 25 collared; bulls and cows. They had been transplanted from the Chehalis Valley after the Skok herd had been decimated by the Squaxins.

I've only ever seen one elk with a collar. It was a few years back in little naches .

ya thats where i harvested 321 i returned the collar then i asked if i could have another tag or 10 points and they said they were unable todo that atleast i tried
