NEED HELP! Daughter needs Archery range test. Where???
« on: January 30, 2012, 11:49:30 AM »
After my 12yr old daughter completed her online hunter ed class and passed it so we started looking for a range to complete that phase of the class before she can be issued a license. I emailed Marysville rifle range but they never replied and Kenmore won't test anyone that has not taken the hunter ed class with them. So I'm looking for suggestions.

When I did hunters ed online I only had to qualify with a rifle and a shotgun and it was a self qualification you have someone you know in my case my friend also taking hunters ed online certify you met a certain score shooting trap, and shooting at a rifle target. We didn't even have to do qualify with archery gear.

Look for traditional classes in your area, and contact the lead instructor.  You may need to contact a few, but I think you'll find one pretty quickly that can address your concern.
