So people who pluck their birds never even see it. Thats kinda scary. what if you roast a whole duck with the skin on it and cook it rare... probably eatin parasites

Haven't got any for awhile . None at Ridgefield.
3 yrs ago my brother and I shot our limits at Suavies and all but 2 had it.

Yeah, bleh!  Of course, what you can't see can't gross you out... until you slice it and it's laying on your plate.   :drool:

I haven't plucked a duck in years and here's another good reason not to.

I used to walk my dog past the sewer plant.  Every evening I'd see a flock of Mallards circle the plant, set their wings, and plunk into the crap tank.  :puke: Glad I haven't hunted ducks since the '70s!  That corn in their crops didn't always come from eating in cornfields!
