Did you hear the Kazoo calling in Edison today?
« on: January 22, 2012, 09:31:24 PM »
We've been hammering the ducks the last few weeks so today I didn't really care if we got much. I brought the A-team caller and sat back and watched the action. He had a blast. There was a hunter on a neighboring property that had to think "Who the hell is calling over there?".  We did get some ducks and he was sure it was due to his calling.

HAHA that's awesome. Great job of getting your son out there.

That is great...  I took my son's football buddies two of which never hunted and they wanted to try the calls.  Laughed my butt off.  They were using the call to play Guns and Roses: Sweat Child of Mine and a bunch of others.  They could not hit the side of a barn if they were in it.  When they finally did kill one two ran out to fetch their duck and ended up riping on wing off and a wrestling match started in the middle of the field.  I had a great time...

Sounds like you did too.  BTW, the other hunters around us were not amused.

I let my daughter do the calling as well.  She is getting better.  Pretty good for a 4 year old.

It was a bit cold.  She had on two stocking caps.  Full snow gear and was walking around like Ralphies little brother from the Christmas Story.

Very nice Shannon!
