it's been years since i been to that part of the state, took my buddies shorthairs up around kettle falls and it was insane we limited 3 days in a row it was mixed bag too ruff's and blues the held awesome for the dogs, downside was the heat in sept. it was tough on the pups hunt 3 hrs or so in morning and done till evening, my dad bought a pointing lab from e-berg and i think i'm getting the itch to start bird hunting again.
