wow, so i would have thought that that would have been a pretty solid spine hit. since shes still walking im assuming that it must have just hit the top of the spine, but not enough to break it? what would you guys say?

Unfortunately this is the last place you want to hit a deer or elk ... Between the spine and the top of the lungs there is a hollow spot .,.....someone found it !

Ouch hate that.... I've always had full pass throughs... Elk  and luckily 2 for 2 
I've put a bone in from of my target and the arrow went straight through at 20 yards... hmm

just curious.
Old enough to know better.
Young enough to go for it.
