Another easy rub is sprinkle liberally with Johnny's, then Garlic Gourmet's Mesquite Garlic Rub. This my favorite "bought" rub. I am using it tonight on some boneless country style ribs on the grill, Then the last 20 minutes I put BBQ mop and finish indirectly.
