Black Lab Pups
« on: February 03, 2012, 11:11:01 PM »
I have been finding that they are extremely difficult to find....

My girlfriend has been bugging me about getting a puppy for like a month, and I'm ready to give in and get her one. She thankfully has told me that we can get a hunting dog. I was wondering if you guys had or knew anyone that has one for sale. Preferably 2-6 months old.

Go to the Classified section.  There's a guy selling black lab pups for $300 in Castle Rock.

How about adopting a Rescue Lab?

I have looked into adopting one from a shelter or humane society, but to find a lab that fits the three main criteria is pretty difficult.

I have ours listed on the classifieds.  We do have 2 black males still available.  They are 9 weeks old and have their first puppy shots.  We are in Castle Rock as the others have said.  You can PM me if you want to come by and see them.  Their dad is a great bird dog and our female is mainly our pet.  We began training her for shed hunting but didn't follow through.

There's a few sponsors on the forums who are breeders and help us keep the lights on around here.
Be sure to check them out too.
"Carpsniperg2" and "Worn" and maybe someone else. Can't remember for sure.

we just bought one last week for $100. She is pure bread but not papered. Got her from a lady up in Bonners ferry Id. Great dog so far, and the dad is a duck and goose hunting dog.

We got our little girl in September through River Valley British Labs.  She is 5 months old now and great so far.  She was in Monroe today going crazy over birds (with trainer Pat Murphy) I can't wait to see her in the field next year. :IBCOOL:

The ones in Castle Rock look really good!

I have one of these pups from IBspoiled. Trust me you won't be sorry. "SUGAR" is a female yellow  lab and at 9 weeks she is fetching and returning a duck wing everytime...  Really great dog... If you need to know more for a reference for them, contact me anytime, great people to deal with...

I don't have any right now. I should have a litter sometime this year. I take a break with my females between each litter to never push them to hard. Only breed them every other heat.
