The best is no glove at all.  The first one who can make a warm, quiet, waterproof glove with dexterity will be in fat city.

I bought some at wally world that were cheap.A light weight neopreen with a traction grip,I bought every pair in my size,If I see them there again I will by the rest,I hate glove but these were the best fitting and comfortable.

I usually wear a set of Nomex aviators gloves. Good dexterity, and they actually keep your hands pretty warm. Not too water proof though.
