Being overspined isn't likely to cause you any issues.  If it does, add some weight to the front of the arrow with inserts.

The invasion is fast and with 29 1/2" that's where the .300 is coming from.

Sound like you need a 300 spine shaft.  I bought some Trophy Ridge Crush 300 shafts after last years season and only paid about $70 bucks/dozen (on Amazon of all places).  They are about 11gpi and .0008 straightness.  VERY GOOD shaft!  They are also small diameter shaft.  But, wholly cow, I just noticed that Wally world is selling them this year for $175/dz.  Amazon has some for about $110/dz (shafts).

I shoot Beman ICS Hunter 300s out of my Alpine Yukon set at 60lbs with a 32" draw and don't have any complaints about them.

I buy them finished with Bohning Blazer Vanes from Riverside Archery for something like $85/dozen, add 100 gr Trophy Taker T Locks and call it done. I personally haven't felt the need to explore other options...makes for a very straight shooting setup.

Haven't chronyed it but the software says about 290fps with my carbon hunters at 65 lbs.

If the Eastons shoot well, I'll have to stockpile several dozen since they are being discontinued.  At least I know it's coming.

Gold tips are a good arrow for the price. I thought the Easton epic's broke a little to easily. I shoot Carbon Express Max ima hunters. Will try the kevlar ones next. I think if I had to choose something else it would be the Full Metal Jacket's. But they are all expensive. I have 200$ into my last dozen Maxima's, put a 13$ broadhead on each one and it makes you take good shot's :chuckle:
