What unit would probably be the best to harvest a nice animal in eastern Washington. Also a nice area for regular season also.

None of the eastern washington elk units with spike only are good general season hunts. But special permits there are some good ones in that but can do some searches a find them on this site. Better have some points. The best general season hunts in eastern washington are Northeast.

Not so true, I drew the first time with 3 points and the second with only 4. Both were any bull mind you, not a quality elk tag.
