for you breadmakers
« on: February 12, 2012, 03:35:34 PM »
http://www.cookingbread.com/classes/class_roasted_%20potato_bread.html

Just got out of the oven and one loaf is already gone.  I will be making this again.  and again and again and again!  Next time I will double the recipe though.  Need more of this than what you get from a single batch

if you llike making bread get yourself a batch of sourdough. Add some very some small diced jalapenos for extra kick if you like.

If you are a bread baker you should check out thefreshloaf.com. Excellent resource for millions of recipes and lots of how to help. We keep a sourdough starter at home and make bread pizza dough and pancakes and waffles out of the sourdough we don't use for bread.

Looks good.  Just need a slab of venison with some sourdough & you're good to go.  I'll have to check out thefreshloaf.
