New Bowtech's
« on: February 09, 2012, 07:23:53 AM »
Had an opportunity to shoot the Insanity CPX and CPXL at Wilderness Archery last night.... ya I know I am a Trad guy, but hey I also shoot a Maitland Zeus and Hoyt Protec with fingers for target...  But back to the new Insanity....
35 ATA
340 FPS IBO
7" BH

All those numbers added up to the CPXL in my opinion being the quietest, smoothest and dead in the hand well balanced bows I have shot in a long time.  If anyone has ever shot the old Bowtech Allegiance... like that but just faster...
The new Strothers line is out also and they are looking really nice.  Expect the new Maitlands to be arriving within the next month also... I myself want to shoot the new Session... WOW too many new toys out there.. Give Roger a shout at Wilderness and try out some of the new bows....

If you are in the market for a new bow nows the time to start looking.  Most every bow shop has all the new 2012 bows in stock.  I shot one of those new prime bows last night.  I shot it at 69 pounds 28 1/2 draw with a 420 grain arrow it shot 281 fps.  Not smoking fast but good hunting speed.

Hey Cory , Just curios on how many Insanity orders you guys got at your demo days? I made my order with you on the 4th. Any word on when the bows will be at your shop? I knew it would be a few weeks but the anticipation is killing me....

thanks
