The Washington Predator Hunting Association is announcing its First Annual Coyote Classic.  We are sponsoring a 2 day, two member team hunt centered in the Tri-Cities area.   The event is set for Saturday March 3rd and Sunday March 4th.   In order to comply with WDFW regulations, we are offering individual and team memberships for this event rather than an entry fee.  (See flier below)  Anyone interested in entering the Classic or looking for more information, please send a request to the E-Mail directly at randysuccow@wwpha.com or amandanjarrod@clearwater.net and we will send you a copy of the flier and rules if you wish.  Cash and prizes for first three places.

Also:

(Picture is only part of the total items available)

We seem to be getting a pretty good response to this event so it should be a good time.  Sports Package sales a little slow but hopefully they will pick up.  A lot of good items there.

Hope to see you at the Classic..

Jayrod9528:  Thanks for posting up the rules.  I will forward to them the rest of the info tonight when I get home.

Interest continues to grow for this event.  Should be a good time.  RedDirt may just raise the bar a little on this one :yike:

Team members can be 100 yards apart, so essentially, you can hunt "alone" with somone else....  ;)

So, after many emails and calls from possible entrants into the Classic, (and there has been a LOT) we have come to the conclusion that we will be passing out the mouth blocks to those of you that want to or need to register Friday night. We only ask that you follow Rule number three and that you not start hunting until legal time Saturday morning (12:00:01 ) and not "cheat" the system and start early.  This is being done on the honor system and we hope that all entrants are honest and will abide by the rules.  The reason for this is due to the wording of the rules. We will be making changes for next year.  I hope everyone understands.

Entry requirements are as such.   If you or a team member are currently not an Association member, and do not wish to become a year long member but wish to enter the Classic, you can get the "Hunt Membership" (as Membership is required for the hunt) for the Classic for only $25.00 per entrant.  There is a reduced rate for minors and already existing Association members (Benefits of membership).  Side pots and raffle expenses are at the entrants discretion.

If anyone has any questions as I know this is getting confusing, please get with me.  Please remember this is our first attempt at this so we are learning as we go.

Thanks for every thing..
