I've had pretty good luck with the Greenhead Gear full body. They hold up good and the ducks seem to be able to spot them from pretty far off.

I second the GHG full body field decoys.  I also have several dozen G&H shell field decoys along with a few dozen GHG shell field decoys.  They work well.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

Don't forget silhouettes. They're easy to pack and you can really fill out a spread with them. I have three dozen shell and 4 dozen sils. The birds come right in. I also paint the sils when the color starts to fade, about every 5 years.

I was thinking about getting  a couple dozen of the ghg and then getting a couple dozen of the field flashers. Has anyone used the field flashers?

I saw those, they do look pretty good.... all my ghg fullbodies (ducks and geese) have held up fine, but I love my blue collars and dsds......

GHG 2 dozen field shells along with one dozen GHG full bodies seems to work just fine and it is amazing that they are not that heavy to carry in.  I try to put the full bodies on the down wind side to give a good look for landing birds.  I keep them in an over sized slotted bag that really takes good care of them. Sometimes I only use the field shells. The GHG harvest pack looks like a good variety of birds.  These are what I hunt over in a field. There are other decoys that work just as well too.  I think it is more important to go with quality.

I just can't bring myself to do business with blue collar. Which is tough because the decoys look good.

I had a bad experience with them, was offered one price then a week later it was 40$ a dozen more. I also think the way the split up with Mintz was kind of a bogus deal.

I won't do business with blue collar either. They did Don and his family wrong. I am sending Don, body language decoys, 2 dozen of my GHG field decoys to be flocked and hand painted. I have 5 dozen of his flocked and hand painted floaters, mallards, wigeon, and pintails. I just ordered 6 more magnum pintails and can't wait to see them.
