I called and talked to them they're not getting quail chiks this year. I called about 7 or 8 feed stores around this side of the state and nobody is getting them this year.. 

I did find cotournix child for $1.00 each down the street from me.  They suck at flying unless you work them. But yhey lay eggs like crazy

Where are you located? Wilco sells them.... And a bunch of mail order places sell them as well....
