doesnt matter,,because all of it is in sausage or jerky with heavy seasoning mixes...makes it hard to tell any difference

Hopefully I get drawn for a spring tag and score in the spring and the fall so I can find out for myself! :chuckle:  Then I'll let you know.

Spring hides are awesome......especially when there is a bunch of snow still. There was 3 feet still when I took mine
