I'm pretty sure that a banded bird will look the same as a non-banded bird...

these 3 banded birds were all shot this year.
Hen Mallard- my first and only banded bird of my life.
Drake Wigeon- My dad's first banded bird of his life.
Drake Redhead- My dad shot this guy exactly 7 days after the Wigeon. My dad has hunted 30 years and the only 2 banded birds he has shot were 7 days apart..
